Mr. Lee Parker “Mac” McCurley, age 97, a native of Mississippi and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014. He will always be remembered by the words; “I Have Fought the Good Fight, I Have Finished My Course; I Have Kept My Faith, Henceforth There Is Laid Up For Me A Crown Of Righteousness, Which the Good Lord, The Righteous Shall Give Me At That Day and Not To Me Only, But unto All Them Also That Love His Appearing”. Mr. McCurley is preceded in death by his loving wife, of 49 years of happiness, Kathleen Gable McCurley. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth “Libba” Constantine (R.L.), and many loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on Friday, December 26, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery, Snow Rd., Mobile, AL.
