Lois Carr Waddle

Lois Carr Waddle, widow of H. Inge Waddle Sr., born May 31, 1918, died June 8, 2015. Mrs. Waddle was a resident of Mobile for 64 years and resided in Fairhope, Alabama for 14 years before moving to Birmingham in 2014.

She is survived by her son, H. Inge Waddle Jr (Judi) of

Birmingham Al., two daughters, Lois (Chee Chee) Waddle Street (Charles, dec.) of Fairhope Al., and Mary Lynn Waddle Brown (Robert) of Birmingham, Al. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Angie Gulledge (Rob) of Mobile, Leigh Ann Smyth (John ) of Birmingham, Ashley Ferguson (Scott) of Birmingham, Michael Street (Taylor) of Canton N.C., Kelley Brown (Scott), Birmingham, Courtney Wright (Ivan) of Birmingham.

Great grandchildren include: Tripp Gulledge, Lily Gulledge & Charlie Gulledge of Mobile, Mary Katherine Smyth, Hunter Smyth, Alex Ferguson, Tate Ferguson, Graham Ferguson, Cece Ferguson, Caroline Brown, Carter Brown, Grace Brown and Maryn Brown of Birmingham.

Mrs. Waddle is also survived by two brothers, Wiley E. Carr of Albertville, Al and Robert E. Carr of Mobile and other nieces and nephews.

Services will be held from Ashland Place United Methodist Church in Mobile Al. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 9:30 – 10:00 AM followed by the funeral at 10:00 and graveside services at Pine Crest Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
