

Louise Bosarge Rockwell Harper, a devoted Christian and a cherished matriarch, passed away peacefully at her home in Gautier, Mississippi, on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Born on March 12, 1933, Louise was the last surviving sibling of nine children, born to Lavert and Irene Bosarge in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Louise spent her life in Moss Point, where she and her husband, Thomas V. Rockwell, owned and operated the Four Oaks Trailer Park. After Thomas’s passing, she retired and moved to Gautier, where she resided for 22 years.
In 2005, she married R.B. Harper, a family friend she had known for many years. A faithful member of Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle, Louise was known for her unwavering faith and her loving care for her family. They will deeply miss her prayers and the special bond they shared.
Louise was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Telina Birch; her husband, Thomas V. Rockwell; her husband, R.B. Harper; and her grandchildren, Randy Rockwell, Craig Rockwell, and Kaitlynn Cherry.
She is survived by her children, Linda and Nick Nicolosi, Thomas S. (Steve) Rockwell, Sheila and Ray Medina; Lanelle and Ron Goins, Linda McCarley Wilson, and Tuwanna Hobbs. Grandchildren Marty/Alicia Estis, Zane/Erica Estis, Brandi/Jeremy Carter, Kimmie/Ryan Earley, Brittany/Candace Wells, Brianna Birch, Steven/Shannon Rockwell, Tiffany/Josh Neill, and Tracy Rockwell; and 30 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Pallbearers are her grandsons: Marty Estis, Steven Rockwell, Jeremy Carter, Ryan Earley, Josh Neill, Bailey Carter, Ethan Estis, and Brady Dixon.
The family expresses its deepest gratitude to her end-of-life caregivers, family members, and friends. They also extend their heartfelt appreciation to Pastor J.R. and Teresa Alexander for their visits and prayers.
Visitation will be at 10:00 AM at Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle, 10109 US 90, Moss Point, MS, 39562, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Funeral Service at 11:00 AM with Rev. Zane Estis and Rev. J.R. Alexander officiating. Lunch to follow. Burial will be at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula, MS at 2:00 PM
