Louise Matthews, 94, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025. Louise was a very dedicated and loving wife and mother. Louise loved cooking, baking and spending lots of time with her family and friends. Throughout her entire life Louise held an unwavering faith in God, in which she shared with those who surrounded her. Louise was a proud member of Westwood Baptist Church for many years.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Matthews, son, James Matthews and great granddaughter, Olivia Ann Matthews.
She is survived by her son, Paul T. Matthews; grandson, Jacob Matthews; granddaughter, Allison Matthews; four great-grandchildren, Aleczander, Paisley Rose, Emmerleigh Louise, Wesson James; and sister, Beverly White (Larry); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
