

Ms. Lynda Saucier Edmond, age 71, of Daphne, AL, entered into rest Thursday, March 17, 2016. Lynda was born on April 19, 1944 in Liverpool, England and moved to Mobile, AL in 1946. She attended Murphy High School and graduated in 1962. She continued her studies with the University of South Alabama receiving her Paralegal and Legal Assistant training. After a long and fulfilling career of 31 years with the Federal Judiciary, she retired as a Bankruptcy Analyst with the United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Southern District of Alabama.
Ms. Edmond was preceded in death by her parents, George Phillip Saucier and Gladys May Saucier.
She is survived by her two children, David Edmond and Julie Edmond Hamner, both of Daphne; two grandchildren, John Hamner and Katie Hamner; two brothers, Gary (Faye) Saucier and Jerry Saucier all of Monticello, MS; and a sister, Gabriel “Gay” Saucier of Mobile.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 23, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. A Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Oakleigh Chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Mobile.
