She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Howard E. Kelley, Sr.
Marcelle is survived by her children, Howard Eugene Kelley, Jr. (Cathy), Theresa K. Perry (Ed), and Gary Maurice Kelley (Donya); grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other cherished family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Bay Shore Lodge #247, 12510 Irvington Bayou La Batre Highway, Irvington, AL 36509, US, on August 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A committal service will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery, 6056 Irvington Bayou La Batre Highway, Irvington, AL 36544, US, on August 7, 2026, at 11:00 am.
