Margaret Louise Tait Adams, 80, passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Biloxi, MS. She was born to Robert and Viola Tait in Central City, South Dakota on February 1, 1938, although she grew up in Selma, AL. A graduate from the University of Montevallo, Margaret was a long-time teacher in the Mobile County School System, of which she retired. She was an avid reader, and she always encouraged learning. She enjoyed spending being at home, and had a houseful of pets that she loved dearly. She was kind, humble, independent, and thoughtful. She always took others into consideration before herself. She will be greatly missed.
Margaret joined her husband of 33 years, Randolph K. Adams, in her passing; her parents; brother, Jimmy Tait; and sister, Bobbie Adang.
She is survived by her step-daughter, Angie (Doug) Molyneaux; step-son, Randy (Nikki) Adams Jr.; grandsons, Grey (Lauren) Molyneaux and Callum Adams; granddaughter, Caitlyn Adams; two brothers, Tommy (Hattie) Tait and Buddy (Eileen) Tait; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members.
A memorial visitation will be held at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 10-11 a.m., with a memorial service in the chapel immediately following.
