Marie Greene Thomas, a longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away March 18, 2017 at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Clara Greene, Two brothers Carl S. Greene, Jr. and John W. Greene, and her husband of 49 years Lloyd I. Thomas. She is survived by her children Annette Thomas Stokes, Nancy Thomas Smith and her husband Wayne, John Thomas and his wife Beverly and Lynne Thomas Burnett and her husband Lonnie. 1 Brother Kenneth R. Greene. 7 Grandchildren: Ashley Barnett, Brad Smith, Doug Thomas, Jeffery Stokes, Jennifer Smith, Leslie Smith and Lauren Wetzel, as well as 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday March 22, 2017 from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm at Pine Crest Funeral on Dauphin Island Parkway. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 pm at The chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway. Interment will be at Pine Crest West Cemetery on Snow Road. Memorials made be made to Moffett Road Baptist Church General Fund. Arrangements under the direction of Pine Crest Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
