Mrs. Marion H. Johnston, age 77, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marion Hewitt and husband, Hubert O. Johnston. She was a teacher with the Mobile County School System for over twelve years. Mrs. Johnston will be remembered for her generous spirit and her continuous involvement in the Orphaned Children Program. She is survived by her children; Robert Lee Johnston, Helen Katherine Johnston, Lisa Joann Johnston, Rhett Hilton Johnston and Donnis Louise Johnston and two nephews, Michael Shiver (Deborah) and Mitchell Shiver (Diana). Graveside services will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery, Dauphin Island Pkwy, on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
