Michele “Mickey” Connick Davis – age 59; passed away peacefully on October 1, 2010 after a long but courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig ’s disease). She was born in Mobile, AL and was a lifelong resident. Mickey is survived by her loving and devoted husband Jefferson “Jeff” Davis; her devoted son, Darrell Davis; two daughters, Christine Smith and Heather Davis; two grandchildren, Eva Davis and Jacob Smith; two brothers, Pat (Phyllis) Connick and Donald (Linda) Connick; Five sisters, Phyllis (John) Murphy, Lynn (Joe) Rowley, Karen (Lin) Cunill, and Patricia (Frank) Crane. Mickey was preceded in death by her loving parents, Rosemary Goodman Connick and John Patrick “Jay” Connick, Sr. and sister, Rosemary “Cheryl” Connick Miller. Visitation will be from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street, with the Rosary at 7 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from St. Dominic Catholic Church. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
