Myrtle Louise Cribb Daley

Myrtle Louise Cribb Daley – A native of Sumner, GA and a resident of Mobile for the past 60 years, died Sunday, August 22, 2010, at home. Mrs. Daley was a long time member of Dauphin Way Baptist Church. A loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, wonderful sister, and dear friend, she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alden Daley; her brother, Emory Cribb; her sister, Othell Cribb; and her grandson, Anthony Daley. Survivors include her loving son, Stephen W. Daley, Sr. and his wife, Ellen; two sisters, Clyde Sibery and Jerry Battle; one brother, Ferland Cribb; five grandchildren, Stephen W. Daley, Jr., Stephanie Daley, Christopher Daley, Angela (Christopher) Green, and April Gilmore; her loving daughter-in-law, Wendy Sullivan; six great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be Monday, August 23, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street. Private family graveside services and entombment will be held in the mausoleum in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
