Neil Alfred Murdock

Neil Alfred Murdock - age 66; a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama died Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Murdock was a graduate of McGill Institute and received his BS Degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama. He was a member of a Mobile Mystic Society and faithfully served in the Lifegate Ministry at Christ United Methodist Church. Mr. Murdock was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Murdock; his parents, Captain Frank Lewis and Mary Louise Wacker Murdock; and his sister-in-law, Jana Murdock. Survivors include: two children, Melanie (David) Kriner and Alex (Megan) Murdock; step-children, Robyn Streed-Villacampa (Nick) and Shelley Streed-Crooms (Chip); seven grandchildren, Streed Crooms, Ella Crooms, Nate Crooms, Lucy Crooms, Taylor Villacampa, Caroline Villacampa, and Kaitlyn Kriner; one brother, Frank Stewart Murdock; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The familly will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Christ United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday at Christ United Methodist Church with Reverend Jeff Spiller officiating.
