Norma Jean Wittner Carter, a lifelong resident of Grand Bay, AL died on Sunday September 23, 2012. She was preceded in death by her mother, Myra Jean Broadus Wittner. She is survived by her husband, Calvin Carter; father, Norman Wittner, Sr.; sisters and brothers, Vivian Wittner, Barbara Cash, Norman Wittner, Jr., Jenny Ellis and Phillip Wittner and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 29, 2012 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in New Hope Gardens
