Goober tragically lost his battle with addiction on April 29, 2023. He was a kind and loving soul who always paid homage to the “Underdog” – sometimes literally giving them the shirt off his back. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Many say, “He was the best dove hunter they’ve ever seen”. In his younger years, he excelled at all sports… whether it be football, baseball or golf. He always played with the heart of a winner.
His family encourages anyone suffering from an addiction to seek help.
