Oscar Davis Shaw Jr.

If you were a friend of my Daddy's, you knew it ! He showed his love to his family and to his friends. He was a son, a brother, a father, an uncle, a husband and a friend. He loved my Momma with all of his heart and soul, I was his pride and joy and boy did he love his truck! Daddy was a proud Vietnam veteran and a loyal American Legion member. He attended Riverside Baptist Church. Rest In Peace Daddy! No more doctor visits, no more pain and suffering.

Mr. Shaw is preceded in death by his father Oscar Davis Shaw, Sr. and mother Elizabeth Shaw. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy Pratt Shaw, daughter, Melissa Shaw Rivera (Pedro), grandchildren, Christina Hippensteel and Enoch Hippensteel, sister, Sarah Ashcraft (Larry), brother, Jimmie Shaw (Rondia Doty Shaw), brother, Gene Shaw, nieces; Shelley Shaw Charlton (Pete), Connie Shaw, Barbara Bishop (Dan), nephews; Brandon Shaw and Joseph Winstead as well as many cousins, great nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be offered to Kathy's cross country move to Colorado to live with her daughter @ Venmo @ Melissa-Shaw-Rivera.
