Jill was preceded in death by her father, James G. Withers, and her mother, Jeanie P. Withers. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Richard Matz; her son, Derek (Collena) Matz; her daughter, Lauren (Jeff) Denton; her only granddaughter, Victoria Matz; her sister, Jamie (Glenn) Brown; and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday October 10, 2013, at Christ United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
