Patricia Leffingwell Furland – beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, a 69 year-old native of St. Louis, MO and resident of Mobile passed away on Monday, February 20, 2012. She was a retired registered nurse. Mrs. Furland was a past-president of the Mobile Women’s Club and was a faithful member of New Life Christian Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her mother, Zoe P. Leffingwell. Mrs. Furland is survived by her husband of 23 years, Myron C. “Mike” Furland; children, Frank Anthony Lovoy, III, Ernest Romeo Lovoy (Sheila), Regina Lovoy Pope (Vic), and Barbara Furland Neely (T.J.); seven grandchildren, Frank Anthony Lovoy, IV, Victor Joshua Pope, Joseph Nathanael Pope, John Daniel Pope, Joel Henry Pope, Ashley Jordan Neely Blackwell (Brent), and Kayla Jean Nealy; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at New Life Christian Fellowship on Thursday, February 23, 2012, from 11 a.m. until the 12 noon memorial service.
