Patrick Jay Stewart

Patrick Jay Stewart, age 54, a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away at SAADS Hospice in Mobile. He was born on December 1, 1966. Patrick was a graduate of Vigor High School, Class of 1985. He attended college at Faulkner and Troy State. He also attended online college to achieve his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice; he also studied Psychology and Computer Science. Patrick was a Drug Court Counselor in the Mobile County Court System, but his passion was KJ Karaoke DJ where he could entertain and sing. Singing was his passion. He was also very artistic and loved to draw.

Patrick is preceded in death by his grandparents; father, John Marvin Stewart; mother, Mary Kramer Stewart; step-father, Claude Davis; siblings, Johnny Stewart, Michael Stewart, Steven Stewart, Timmy Stewart, and 3 infant sisters; an uncle, Sylvester Kramer; aunt, Joann Kramer; cousin Bobby Kramer; sister-in-law, Kathy Chunke; and mother-in-law, Annie Jane Heck. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Kristie Heck Stewart; children: Jonathon Stewart, Michaela Stewart, Britney Stewart, and Shelby Stewart; father-in-law, Frank Heck; siblings, Basil (Wilma) Stewart, Tony Stewart, Mike Chunke, Thomas (Donna) Stewart and Rene (Bill) Reel; sisters-in-law, Kim Stewart, Nita Stewart, and Connie Carlise, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Ascension Funeral Home, 1016 Hillcrest Rd. Mobile, Alabama 36695. The family will be accepting friends Sunday, beginning at 2:00 PM.
