Phyllis Rene’ Roberts Ward - A native and lifelong resident of the Tanner Williams Community went to be with Jesus Sunday, February 13, 2011. She was an active member of Praise Family Church where she was very involved with Missions. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and world’s greatest MeMe. Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her mother, Willadean “Deanie” Hamilton Roberts. Survivors include her husband, Bradley “Brad” Ward; two children, Dustin (Brandi) Ward and Jennifer (Matthew) Chisholm; parents, Earl “Buddy” and Jo Tanner Roberts; one brother, Craig Earl (Carolyn) Roberts; mother-in-law, Jenny Ward; brother-in-law, Larry (Rachel) Ward; two grandchildren, Ward and Max Chisholm; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at Praise Family Church, 2605 Dawes Rd., Mobile, AL 36695. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in Roberts Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Praise Family Church Missions.
