Lt. Colonel Raymond H. Hobson, age 91. A native of Monrovia, Indiana and a resident of Mobile, Alabama died on Saturday, May 21, 2011. Mr. Hobson was a retired Coach at T.J. Clark Elementary School & Mae Eanes Elementary School; served 30 years in the US Airforce, serving in three wars, World War II, Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Mary Hobson; step daughter, Katherine Eckel; sister, Ruthann York; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
