Raymond Kahalley was born in Mobile, Alabama on September 15, 1939 to the late Eddie and Lottie Kahalley. He received his education at Murphy High School. He joined the United States Army National Guard February 4, 1963 and retired September 15, 1999 with honors and awards. He received Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Kahalley. He leaves to cherish his memories, one brother, Edward (Sarah) Kahalley; a devoted friend and caregiver, Betty Todd, her family and church family; one loving and devoted ex-wife, Ms. Ruby Allen whom he called his K.K.; a sister-in-law Billie; a devoted nurse, Julie; Chaplin Sean; and host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Pine Crest Funeral Home, with a Homegoing Celebration immediately following. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
