Reppie McCarter Clemans

Reppie Louise McCarter Clemans was born in McKenzie, AL on December 30, 1937. She went to be with the Lord on February 21, 2013 surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was a long time resident of Mobile. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, friend, and she especially loved making memories with her grandchildren. She was a member of Woodmont Baptist Church and Spring Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Owen Clemans. She is survived by her children William O’Connor (Glenda) of Mobile, AL; Tim O’Connor of Pell City, AL; Sandra Edwards (David) of Grand Bay, AL; Robin Murphy (Robert) of Rock Hill, SC; Brenda Lee Clemans-Taylor (Greg) of Huntsville, AL; Rebecca Clemans of Burlington, WA; and Thomas W. Clemans (Teresa) of Surfside, FL. She had fourteen grandchildren: Lisa Miller (Michael), Jessica Dinkins (Michael-Shawn), Ashley O’Connor, Cory O’Connor, Cody O’Connor, Kyle O’Connor, Michael Shows, Bradley Shows, Michele Hipps (Tal), Nicholas Green, Nathan McCann, McCarter Murphy, Will Murphy, and Gaines Murphy. She also had seven precious great grandchildren: Kristen, Mikaela, Jonah, A.J., Cayden, Kyndell, and Kyler. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday, February 25, 2013 at the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery West, on Snow Road.
