On Friday, September 20, 2013 Robert "Bobby" Holley Sr. went to be with Jesus.
He is survived two sons Robert L. Holley Jr. (Loretta) and Tyrone Holley (Ashley). Seven grandkids. Matthew, Shelby, Robert, Kyle, Joshua, Brittany, and Brandon. Two great grandkids. Two sisters Betty Bullock and Karen Holley Davis. He also leaves behind his best friend Cheryl Chestnut 'The wrestling mom.' Plus other family and friends.
For 19 years, he served as an US Merchant Marine with the Seafarers International Union of North America. For 20 plus years, he was a member of Laborers Local 70.
All arrangements being handled by Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 25th from 5-8pm. The funeral service will be Thursday, September 26th at 12 noon. A committal will immediately follow at Mausoleum III.
