He was preceded in death by his parents, Noel M. Turner, Jr. and Yvonne Wendt Turner; and brother, Noel M. Turner, III.
He is survived by his brothers, John R. (Cathy) Turner and James “Greg” (Holley) Turner; a sister, Yvonne Elizabeth (Steve) Marler; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Pine Crest Cemetery at 10:00 a.m.
