Ronald Wayne Briley

Mr. Ronald Wayne Briley, born on May 13, 1946 in Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 in Mobile, Alabama at a local hospital. Mr. Briley was a graduate of Moss Point High School, served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, Past President of the Tillman’s Corner Chapter of the Lion’s Club; active member, ordained Deacon, Sunday school teacher and choir member of First Baptist Tillman’s Corner. He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara V. Briley; second mom, Mildred Briley; brothers, James Briley, Kenneth Briley, Jr. and sister, Patricia Williams. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Bertha Briley; father, Kenneth Briley of Moss Point, MS; son, Ronnie (Tucker) Briley; two grandsons, Garrett & Grayson; daughter, Susie (Jonathan) Keith; three granddaughters, Emily, Sarah & Anna; siblings, Gary (Mike) Ray, Paulette Creel and Rex (Cathy) Watkins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 12 noon from First Baptist Tillman’s Corner. The family will receive friends at the church from 11 am until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial gardens. In lieu of flowers family would like memorials be made to the building fund at First Baptist Tillman’s Corner.
