Nov. 9, 1947 - Nov. 28, 2014 Ronald Thomas Cox born November 9, 1947 passed away November 28, 2014. Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Maynard Cox. Survived by two brothers, Larry Wayne Cox and Steven Jeffrey Cox (Robin Cox). He will be sorely missed by the many nieces and nephews that he played a major role in mentoring. "Tommy" had a love for his family and friends showing them all along how to love the "little" things. He was an avid Alabama fan and golfer but loved all sports. He was a devoted employee loved by all of his co-workers. He worked delivering newspapers for more than 41 years for the Mobile Press Register before he went to work for Rock Creek Golf and Country Club for the past 10 years. We love you and will miss you forever Uncle Tommy, as known to most. Graveside services to be held at noon at the Pine Crest Funeral Home and Cemetery, Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
