Ronnie Orey Waltman

Ronnie Orey Waltman – raised in Semmes, AL, resided in Mobile, AL, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013 at home. He retired from the Army National Guard with over 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Lewis A. Waltman. Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Diann Waltman; mother, Dorothy Pollard Waltman; 3 children, Phillip (Debbie) Waltman, Deana (Max) Breckenridge and Jodi (Andy) Manske; 4 step-children, Angela (James) Preuett, Tammy Tagudar, Tracy (Jeff) McFarland and Jackie (Dr. Darryle) Bullard; one brother, Ralph (Patty) Waltman; one sister, Melanie (Bill) McDaniel; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, Oct. 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery West.
