Sally Sarah (nee Rosas) Morrison passed away in her home on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:30 a.m., Mobile AL. She was born in Cottonwood, AZ. to Nicholas and Helen (Vargas) Rosas on October 18, 1951. She was the second of six children. She is survived by her loving husband, Mark A. Morrison who she married on November 27, 1987. They were married and shared their lives for 31 years.
Sally loved plants and being outdoors creating a garden. She was a creative crafts woman making handmade jewelry, crocheting and needlepoint. She was addicted to Fox News and The Walking Dead. She was an animal advocate. She had upwards of 15 fur-babies at one time and loved them as if they were her children.
She is preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Helen Rosas, sisters Veronica Rosas and Rosemarie Rosas. Survivors also include one daughter LaLanya Dennis Hudson, one son Andrew Dennis, two sisters Margaret Ramirez and Martha Rosas, one brother Nick Rosas, five grandchildren: Tanner, Cody, Samantha, Shealyn Hudson, and Skye Richardson; four great-grandchildren, and several aunts and uncles.
Serving as pallbearers will be Nick Rosas, David Dixon, B.D."Don" Morrison, Clifton "Skeeter" Dixon, Wayne Ramey and Steven McGill.
A visitation for Sally will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama 36605. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama 36605. A burial will in Pine Crest Cemetery.
