Sherie was the longtime owner and operator of Mother Mary's Restaurant in Mobile. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She will be remembered by her family as always being a "Helper" and friend to all and for her love of the beach.
Sherie is survived by her husband Mike Frei and daughter Kristen. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, John and Donna Jonkman, brother, Rodney Jonkman, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Jennifer Frei, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, 6101 Grelot Rd., on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 in the church sanctuary. Interment will follow in Pine Crest West Cemetery, 1599 Snow Road, Mobile.
