Shirley Jean Watkins

Shirley Jean Anderson Watkins, a native of Paducah, Kentucky and a resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Goldie Mae Anderson; husband, Oakley Key Watkins, Jr; sisters, Martha Franklin (Dewayne) and Teresa Kay Cope. Mrs. Watkins is survived by her brother, Larry Anderson (Mary) from Lake Mary, Florida; children, Oakley Key Watkins III (Selena) of Burke, VA, Thomas Watkins of Nashville, TN and Kimberly Knorr (Ron) of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Cameron Watkins, Adam Knorr, Holly Knorr Rager (Heath), Oakley Key Watkins IV and Matthew Knorr; niece, Cindy Carter (Jerry); nephews, Timothy Anderson, Brandon Doom, Jeremy Anderson and Christopher Anderson; great grandchild, Kelsey Rager and her beloved dog Pepper Watkins. Following cremation, a graveside memorial will be held for family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
