Stephen C. Killian, age 56, graduate of Murphy High School and native of Mobile, AL passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012. He served in the Army National Guard as a member of the 7th-11th Signal battalion from 1975 until 1979. He then joined the US Army 46th Engineering Battalion serving from 1979 until his retirement in 1984 as a Sargeant E-5. He was preceded in death by his father Bob Killian. He is survived by his son, Stephen C. Killian, II, daughter, Christina Killian Propp, mother, Peggy Killian, sisters, Cindy Taylor, Karen Carmichael and Vicki Myers, granddaughter Sophia Killian Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens
