Terry Anderson

Deacon Terry Anderson - Age 61; a native of Mobile, AL and a longtime resident of Brewton, AL died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 after a brief illness. Deacon Terry was ordained to the Diaconate on June 8, 2013 and served at Annunciation Catholic Church in Monroeville, AL and St. Maurice Catholic Church in Brewton, AL. He was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus, a U.S. Army veteran, and was employed as an I.T. Manager at Grede Corporation for 26 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon A. Anderson, Sr. and Eloise Langan Anderson; and three brothers, Gordon A. Anderson, Jr., Gary Anderson, and Dale Anderson. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Jan Webber Anderson; two children, Todd O'Bannon and Elizabeth (Hunter) House; three grandsons, Noah O'Bannon, Ethan O'Bannon, and Aron O'Bannon; two brothers, David (Jennie) Anderson and Tim (Mena) Anderson; one sister, Eloise (Mark) Fox; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Annunciation Catholic Church, Monroeville, AL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday at Annunciation Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Annunciation Catholic Church, 565 Whetstone Street, Monroeville, AL 36460. Interment will be in Johnson Memorial Gardens, Monroeville, AL.
