Todd was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony H. Phillips and Helen L. Phillips, and his brother Anthony M. Phillips. He is survived by his two daughters, Lauren P. (Thomas)Ascher and Kelley P. (Jared) Rehm. He is also survived by his three grandsons, John Thomas Ascher, James A. Ascher, and Peter A. Rehm.
Todd’s greatest enjoyment was cheering on the University of Alabama in every sport, with football being his favorite. He greatly enjoyed meeting new people, which served him well in his career as a restaurant manager.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 10:00 am at St. Pius X Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 9:00 am.
