Vicki Lynn Parden

She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on August 11, 1956 to Charles Emerson Byron, III. and Carolyn Elizabeth Hubbard, both Nashville residents.

Lynn enjoyed riding and showing horses in her former years. Her interest and love of all equestrian role served her well. She was an accomplished rider. A graduate of Davidson High School, Lynn went on to Faulkner College enrolling in the Dental Assisting Program to gain an Associates Degree/ Associate of Science. She also, contributed to her role with the Dental Advisory Board work with Faulkner. Upon graduating, she started her career as a Dental Assistant, working 45 years for Dr. Wayne Shotts in Mobile.

Ms. Parden was preceded in death by her husband of 18 years, Robert Bruce Parden, Jr.; her parents, Charles Emerson Byron, III. and Carolyn Elizabeth Hubbard; her paternal grandparents, Charles E. Byron, II and Mildred Page Byron; and her maternal grandparents, Dr. W.W. Hubbard and Thelma Hubbard.

She is survived by her sister, Susan Leigh Byron; step-mother, Janet Crabtree; step-sister, Shawn Byron Bentley, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunt and uncle, cousins and so many close friends.

Interment will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery West on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.
