Virginia M. Pennington, age 103, died on February 8, 2016, in Williamsburg, Virginia. Mrs. Pennington was proceeded in her death by her husband of 69 years, Walter C. "Cliff" Pennington. She is survived by her daughter, Linda and her husband Dick Tolbert of Williamsburg, Virginia. Her grandsons and their wives: Chris and Stephanie Tolbert of Raleigh, North Carolina; Brent and Shelly Tolbert of Yorktown, Virginia, her beloved great grandsons, Jackson, Brandon and Drew. She also leaves behind sister in laws: Lillie Mae Dudley and Marie Humes and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11;00 a.m. At Westminster Presbyterian Church.
