He graduated from Murphy High School and attended Faulkner State Junior College. He worked at Austal, USA for many years as a welder. He was a very kind hearted man and especially loved animals.
He is the son of Dennis and Kim Carter of Spanish Fort, AL, and also survived by his grandparents, Gene and Irene Barrow of Mobile, and Juanita Odom of Saraland, AL, and three brothers, Josh Carter, Taylor Carter, and Jack Carter.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Crest Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery. Father John Lynes will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pall bearers are Josh Carter, Taylor Carter, Jack Carter, Brandon Neely, John Laurence and John Hughey.
