Bill worked for Best Mechanical for many years, prior to opening Friedhoff Plumbing that he owned and operated for over 30 years.
A longtime member of a Mystic Society, Bill enjoyed traveling, especially cruising with his beloved wife, Judy. Together, they enjoyed gardening, especially their collection of unique day lilies.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, he will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Joseph Friedhoff, Sr. and Marie Roth Friedhoff, and his adored wife of 55 years, Judith Allen Friedhoff.
Survivors include two daughters, Leslie Friedhoff (David) Maddox and Tracy Friedhoff (James) Sheffield, both of Mobile; his sister, Kathryn Friedhoff (Jerry) Coker of Ft. Walton Beach; three grandchildren, Brittany Maddox (Micah) Clark, Jordan Maddox (fiancé Kendell Wilson), and William Reeves (Jewel Jay); three great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Hampton Clark, and Paisyn Reeves; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 10 am until 12 pm. Graveside services and interment will follow at 1 pm in Pine Crest Cemetery West. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 2605 Spring Hill Avenue, Mobile, Alabama 36607.
