peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Maestro, musician, educator, mentor, motivator, storyteller, husband, father, friend,
burgers n' dogs griller, are just a few of the adjectives that could describe Sirmon Lee.
Sirmon excelled in every field that he was in. A/B Honor Roll student, world class
trumpet player, Hall of fame band director, Top 10 in Sales when he worked for a firm
before having a successful business of his own.
His dedication and devotion to his family knew no bounds. His love for teaching and
mentoring was also limitless. He affected positivity in every student he came in contact
with. One example still being passed down through 'the generations is known as "Sirmon
Lee Time", which is 15 minutes early is on time, on time is late.
Not a man of many words, Sirmon's actions always spoke for him. His wit, sense of
humor, and sometimes mischievous grin told much about his ethic and relationship with
the Lord.
Sirmon loved teaching all of his grand children music lessons on their instruments,
and hearing them at their band concerts and marching band competitions.
Few men are legends in their own time, William Sirmon Lee was one of them.
