He was born on March 22nd,1948 in Mobile, Alabama to Thomas Enoch Marshall and Lydia Virginia Kruse. He graduated from Bob Jones University with an Associates Degree in Christian Service. He worked for the Alabama Youth Home for 25 years as the Home Director.
He married Sandra Sisk on November 20th, 1976, in Mobile, Alabama. Together they shared 49 years of marriage and raised two children and countless foster children through the Alabama Youth Home.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra; his son, Thomas and Ella Jean; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Anthony, and Andrew; his daughter Leigh and Matt; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Kacy; his sister, Judy: his sister-in-law, Mary; and countless nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Lydia and his brothers Thomas Edward and James Olney.
A graveside service will be held at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on March 20th, 2026, at Pine Crest Funeral Home in Mobile, Alabama.
