She was an active member of Dauphin Way Baptist Church since 1935.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Walter (Ed) Edwards; perents, Annie Bristow Nowling and Harvey Nowling; three brothers, Hilrey, Harvey Jr. and Eugene; sister, Agnes Hodnette; son, I.W. Edwards; and son in law, Willard (Bill) Lowery.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Edwards Lowery; daughter-in-law, Diane Edwards, four grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
