

Born to William and Nora Lee Kilgore on August 1, 1953, Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jerry Kilgore. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Marcia Kilgore; his sister, Judy (Ron) Madziarczyk; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Bobby faithfully attended service at Black Oak Baptist Church in Gary, Indiana. Known for his warm sense of humor, kind heart, and deep love for animals, he was an avid enthusiast of country, bluegrass, and gospel music. Bobby and Marcia shared 26 years of adventures RV camping, and he found great joy riding his Goldwing motorcycle. A dedicated professional, Bobby worked for 45 years in the corrugated box industry as a forklift driver for companies including Smurfit Stone Container, Georgia Pacific, and Akers Packaging. His five Pomeranian pups brought him immense happiness throughout his life. Bobby’s infectious spirit and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Skyline Funeral Home, 24800 South Governors Highway, Monee, Illinois. A Chapel Service, officiated by Pastor Bob Parnell, will follow at 12:00 P.M. Interment will take place at Skyline Memorial Park, 24800 South Governors Highway, Monee, Illinois.
