Diane L. Ross

Diane L. Ross (Niemeyer), age 74, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Rich Ross; beloved daughters: Lori (Rich) Kramer and Lisa (Dave) Schara; cherished grandchildren: David Schara, Kayla Kramer, Nathan Schara, Luke Kramer, Taylor Schara, Jayni Kramer, Mitchell (Hannah) Kramer, Margaret Kramer and Christian Kramer; adored great grandchildren: Charlotte Kramer and Logan Kramer; dear sister, Donna (late Gordon) Sharkey; brother, Dean (Pam) Niemeyer and brother-in-law, Bob (Betty) Ross. Diane was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Preceded in death by her parents: Wilbert F. and Helen Niemeyer.

Diane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Diane was always ready to serve anyone who needed help from cleaning their house, delivering her freshly baked banana bread, taking someone to the store that couldn't drive, or simply taking the time to have a conversation with a stranger. She loved enjoying the summer months with family and friends and spending time with grandkids at their summer cottage in Michigan. Diane was proud to be an American and loved the American flag! She was blessed to be a part of Living Creek Christian church. Diane will be greatly missed!

A Memorial Visitation will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Skyline Funeral Home and Memorial Park (24800 S. Governors Hwy., Monee, IL) A Chapel Service will begin at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Randy Roberts officiating. Inurnment to follow at Skyline Memorial Park.
