Mark A. Hammer

He is survived by his cherished children, Maddie and Caden Hammer; dear friend, Meagan Hammer; sister, Lori L. (Joe) Kapaldo; nephew and godson, Scott Kapaldo; niece, Ashley Kapaldo; aunt and godmother, Lois Firnhaber; parents-in-law, Wayne and Maureen Berryman; sister-in-law, Kelly (Dave) Jones; brother-in-law, Patrick (Laura) Berryman; and many other beloved family members and friends.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Luan Hammer.

A 1987 graduate of Bloom High School, Mark was a passionate sports enthusiast and loyal fan of the Chicago White Sox, Dallas Cowboys, and Chicago Blackhawks. He took great joy in watching his children play sports. Known for his vibrant personality, Mark was the life of the party and deeply cherished by all who knew him. His presence will be truly missed.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Skyline Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 24800 S. Governors Hwy., Monee, IL. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 P.M. Pastor Randy Roberts officiating.
