Audrey McCluskey Ludgis

June 14, 1946-August 1, 2010

After a courageous battle, Audrey passed away surrounded by her family at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport CT. Audrey was originally from Northumberland England. She was predeceased by her parents Edward and Annie McCluskey.

Audrey is survived by her Husband of 40 years Thomas M. Ludgis. Her sons Stephen and Daughter-in-Law Karin Ludgis, of Naugatuck and Christopher T. Ludgis of Dublin, Ohio. Her granddaughters Brianna and Marissa Ludgis of Naugatuck, CT.

Her Sisters Anne and Brother-in-Law Derek Borthwick of Hertfordshire, England and Maureen and Brother-in-Law Thomas O'Neil of Sandy Hook, CT and her Sister-in-Law Patricia W. Ludgis of Seymour, CT. As well as several Nieces and nephews and great niece and nephews.

Audrey worked for Fawn Hollow Elementary School of Monroe CT for 19 years. Audrey was a member of the Quilting Circle of St. Jude's Parish.

The wake will be at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Tpke (Rt 111), Monroe CT 4:00-8:00 PM Wednesday August 4, 2010. Services will be held at St. Jude's Parish 707 Monroe Tpke on Thursday, August 5, 2010 10:00 AM.
