Cynthia will be remembered for her infectious smile, dedication and passion for her family, her enjoyment of the “little things” and overall love for all life has to offer. From winning 5k running races in her age bracket, hiking with her dogs at Huntington Park, tending to her prolific flower gardens, caring for her grandkids and raising three amazing children. Cynthia brought tremendous joy to those around her. During her battle with cancer for the last three and a half years, Cynthia saw all three of her children get married, and five beautiful grandchildren who were brought into this world. The sound of little voices ringing out Nana will always be remembered and cherished in the hearts of our family forever! Her spirit was contagious with just her presence and that smile that would fill the room with joy. Her selfless approach to everyone around her will never be matched or forgotten. She was a wife, a mother, a Nana, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a mother-in-law, a leader, a role model, a sister-in-law, a CFO of GI Johns (she loved collecting that money), a gardener and a warrior.
She will forever be in our hearts and always remembered.
She is survived by her husband Mark, their three children, Alysa, Charlie and Julia, their spouses, Kyle, Rachel and Nicholas. Her grandchildren, Maia, Oliver, Brooks, Delilah and Penelope. Her mother, Zita Hoadley. Her two brothers Bill Hoadley and Brad Hoadley and their wives Lisa and Celeste and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, William Hoadley.
