Daniel Samuel Kantrowitz of Bridgeport died on September 16, 2014 in Bridgeport after a long illness. He was the son of Gertrude and the late Abraham Kantrowitz. Daniel was born in Bridgeport . He was a graduate of Central High School and of Rennsselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also received a Masters Degree from Rensselaer. Besides his mother, Daniel is survived by his sister Susan and her husband Dr. Howard Benesch of Tiverton, RI and his nephew Jacob. Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 18th at 12:00 at Addath Israel HSBA Cemetery 1400 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield. Arrangements under the direction of Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son, Monroe, CT.
