I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mrs. Schrecker fondly as one of my favorite teachers of all time. I had her at Highlands Elementary School for fifth grade. She had high expectations for her students, and really cared that we achieved our goals and made good progress. She was a real gem, and will be remembered fondly.

To Mrs. Schrecker's family, I want to leave my heartfelt condolences on hearing of her passing. I had Mrs. Schrecker in the 6th grade at Highlands Elementary School back in 1969. She was strict, but we learned so much. It is hard to believe that so much time has passed - one always seems to feel that no matter what, one's teachers are always still there, still teaching somewhere. Rest in peace, Mrs. Schrecker - you will always be remembered.
