Born in Tallahassee Florida, she was the daughter of Thomas James Dunn and Abbie Moyer Dunn.
Betsy’s fondest memories were when she worked at Yacht Haven, Stamford, CT throughout her young adult life. This began her love for boats, the ocean and lighthouses.
Betsy enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her children and granddaughter. She loved listening to music and reading a good book. She will be remembered for her contagious smile. Everyone who knew Betsy, immediately loved her. Not only was she beautiful, but she was incredibly kind. Her contagious laugh grabbed the attention of anyone around her. She would laugh with her daughters, Amy & Alex, and her sister, Kathi, until their stomachs hurt. Those memories will last.
Betsy is survived by her ex-husband turned best friend, Edward Chudy. She was preceded in death by her son, Kyle Loesch, and leaves behind her daughters Amy Chudy and Alex Chudy, step-daughter Mary Chudy and step-son Ned Chudy, and the light of her world, her granddaughter, Georgia. She is also survived by her siblings, Thomas James Dunn Jr. and wife Teresa Dunn, Kathi Dunn Greco and husband Christopher Greco, and nieces and nephews Abbie Dunn Gassett, Travis Dunn, Caroline Pivovar, Olivia Mulchany and Christina Walsh. Betsy was predeceased by her nephew, Thomas James Dunn III. She is now with her son, Kyle Loesch and her parents Thomas and Abbie Dunn, and other family members she held dear to her heart.
