

He was born in Kingston, PA to the late John and Nellie Marie Kosakowski and spent his childhood growing up in Bedford Hills, NY, usually tending to the family farm.
A sports enthusiast, Frank excelled at football, basketball and baseball in high school and was a dedicated Little League Coach.
He loved golfing, fishing, the New York Yankees and the NEW YORK GIANTS. However, he was most happy watching his kids and grandkids playing their respective sports and extracurricular activities. He also loved his two dogs Annabelle and Wags.
Frank spent over 30 years in the Food and Beverage Industry as Founder and Owner of F&J Food Service, Inc.
A truly devoted family man, Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all who crossed his path.
Survivors include his wife Jean and their 4 children, Judy (Brendan) Murphy of FL, Donna Kosakowski of Monroe, Frank Kosakowski, Jr. of Newtown, and Barbara (Jim) Lent of Brookfield as well as his grandchildren Aniella, Sean and Conlan Murphy , Taylor Iorfino, Dan Fore, Hailey, Hunter, Sara and Chloe Lent. He is also survived by his two sisters Emily and Rosemarie and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings Victoria, John, Chet, and Bernard.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday March 16, 10 AM at St Jude Roman Catholic Church 707 Monroe Tpke. Monroe CT. Family and friends may visit at the Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Tpke. Monroe CT on Tuesday March 15 from 4-8PM.
