My deepest condolences to all of you in The U.S., to Fr. Paddy, Theresa & Breega. I always enjoyed meeting Uncle John, particularily in Páirc An Ághasaigh where his beloved Dingle would be playing. He always had an old story about some character or event of his youth which I loved hearing.
May he rest in peace, and may Eileen and himself be celebrating life & family together tonight.
John Diony, Mary, John, David & Mark.

May John rest peacefully.
As a nephew of his in Dingle, my memories of him are of a warm, generous man, blessed with a sense of humour.
His visits will be missed by many here, as his love for the place of his childhood was deep.
Fondly remembering Eileen today as well (RIP 2010); and especially all the extended family in the United States.
A candle of prayer will light today in the Church of St Mary, Dingle , the place of Uncle Johns baptism in Christ,
